What is Parallex?
Parallex is the off-plan sales platform connecting real estate developers, brokers and buyers in one flow, from the first 3D look to the closed deal. It combines Hubs (interactive 3D), the Smart Broker Kit, Dealbox (a private room for every lead), Dex (the Parallex agent in WhatsApp) and Parallex Analytics.
How does onboarding work?
Very little work for your team. You send files. We build your Hub, package the Smart Broker Kit, invite your brokers and connect your CRM. You approve.
Does it work with our CRM?
Yes. Parallex is connected with your CRM, so leads, activity and reservations flow into the tools your team already uses.
Does Parallex contact our buyers?
No. Dex and Parallex never message buyers. The broker stays the buyer's contact. Developers, managers and agencies see activity as facts, such as "Omar's buyer · Unit 1204", not buyer contact details.
